Pyinya Sanyae Child Safeguarding and Child Protection Policy
- Pyinya Sanyae respects and upholds the rights of the child in accordance with UNCRC and Myanmar Child Rights Law. We are committed to protect and prevent every child from any form of direct or indirect abuse including emotional/psychological and/or other harmful activities.
- Every Pyinya Sanyae individual must abide by Pyinya Sanyae Child Safeguarding Policy and Procedures.
- We acknowledge the importance of monitoring and evaluation to ensure that every child is safe and every Pyinya Sanyae individual is trained before working with the child in classrooms, in schools, in or outside of school compounds and communities.
Child Rights and Child Protection Course
- Pyinya Sanyae has a special course for child rights and child protection to ensure that every teacher and trainee is well equipped with the knowledge and skills so as not to engage in any activity that may harm the child. They are prepared to protect and provide aid to children who are in need of protection and to prevent any form of abuse in their schools and communities.
Pyinya Sanyae Child Safeguarding Procedures and Policy
- Every Pyinya Sanaye member must comply with the child safeguarding procedures and policy.
- They must:

- – Follow “Dos and Don’ts” when in direct or indirect contact with the children in schools, in or outside schools and in communities.

- – Respond to the immediate needs of the child in case of any child protection issue
