PS trainees having completed the theory component of their training embark on the next phase, called the “internship phase” . Trainees are assigned to schools/centres where they will have teaching experience within a classroom setting, and experience being part of an education environment. They will learn as they teach, and be guided by supervisors, mentors, senior teachers, and their peers. This practical work experience is an opportunity to transfer their knowledge into act
